I have been really good about my renewed passion for working out and getting healthy(ier)... reclaiming time for myself and doing things that will help to keep me grounded, centered and focused. The picture is of my yoga mat, which has been neglected for quite some time. I have a personal trainer and I meet with her once every 3-4 weeks, get a new workout routine. I swim 6 days a week, do the trainer routine 3 days a week and yoga on Saturdays to stretch it all back out! I am on week 3 of this new dedication and feelin' great!
